STEP 1: Login to Mews using your login credentials.
STEP 2: Search for the guest's reservation using Mews' search bar.
Click on the reservation.
STEP 3: Click on Items.
STEP 4: Scroll down until you see Add product section.
Click the drop down button and choose which item you want to add the reservation.
Fill up Count.
Click Add once done.
Sometimes, the guests add items through booking.com - if that is the case, you do not need to charge them again.
You can find it in the Product orders section (on top of the red box in the photo).
STEP 5: Go to Carey's Google Calendar and mark the dates when the extra items will be needed. Label as Mattress/Cot/Crib.
Put confirmation number and item needed. The end date should be the day before checkout.
Inform housekeeping on the day of the reservation.
NOTE: We don't charge for extra pillow, blankets, fans.
Guests can also get extra items (shampoo, toothbrush, towels, blankets, etc) in the storage room on the 2nd floor (beside the elevator).
