STEP 1: Sign in to Mews using your login credentials.
Sign in to Goki using your login credentials or Carey Centre's credentials.
STEP 2: Ask for the guest's name and date of reservation.
Type their name on the search bar of Mews and click on their reservation once you have found it.
STEP 3: On the Status tab of their reservation, you will see general details regarding their reservation.
Make sure the confirmation number is correct (there might be different reservations under the guest's name).
STEP 4: Click on the guest's name.
STEP 5: Click on Dashboard
STEP 6: Here you will see all the reservations linked to the guest, it may be a past or a future booking.
You will also see the room number they are assigned to. In our example, the guest's room is 202.
STEP 7: Now, let's go to Goki.
Click Search and search for the guest's details (name / email / confirmation number).
STEP 8: Different reservations may come out, just make sure to choose the correct confirmation number of the guest.
STEP 9: Click on the reservation number and click the 3 dots on top.
You will find there the 4 digit PIN / room key code of the guest.
