This process will automatically generate a random 4-digit PIN for the guest’s room and all common doors. This will work for both Carey (hotel guests are linked to Mews so shouldn't be a and Timothy Hall

1. Enter the guest’s email and click Create.

2. Fill in the guest details. If it’s a same-day walk-in, set the State to Checked In to trigger PIN generation.

3. Click View Reservation.

4. Click the blue arrows to generate the PIN instantly.

5. Wait a few seconds for the 4-digit PIN to appear.

6. Refresh the page and check the Change Logs pane to confirm that the Goki email was sent to the guest.

7. If the PIN doesn’t work or the they don't have access to all common doors, keep clicking the blue arrows to refresh and regenerate the PIN until it updates correctly.

You can also try resending the PIN email to your own email to check which doors were not successfully generated. You can check this using the "Timothy Signal" tab in the Goki Disc Battery Log & Signal sheet. Simply paste all door names from the emainto Column F. Then, check Column A — if there’s no "Y", it means the PIN was not generated for that door.
