STEP 1: Sign in to Mews using your login credentials.
STEP 2: Enter guest details on the search bar to look for the guest you want to refund. Click on the guest's reservation.
Go to 'Status' tab.
Click on Payments.
STEP 3: Scroll down until you see the Payments section.
Determine which bill you want to refund and click the 3 dots under the 'Actions' column.
STEP 4: Once you click the 3 dots, Refund will come out and you have to click it.
STEP 5: If you want to refund the total amount charged, you just have to enter the reason for refund.
Click Refund button once done.
STEP 6 (optional): If you want to refund partial amount only, you have to tick the box Refund partially and enter the amount you want to refund.
Click Refund button when done.
