If guests encounter issues with the Vingcard or if the door lock runs out of battery and couldn't get into the room. Please follow the below instructions to generate The Goki lock code.
STEP 1: Click 'Rooms' if the page is not showing the room number
STEP 2: After clicking into the room > Click 'PINs' tab
STEP 3: Click the plus sign at the bottom
STEP 4: Click the 4 Digit PIN tab (Don't select One-time or Random PIN, they only generate 6 digits)
STEP 5: Check WRP for the guests' departure date > Select the date > Leave Start & End times as they are (check-in starting at midnight on the day of creation and check-out set at 11 am) > Next
STEP 6: Fill in the guest (optional)
STEP 7: Create a random PIN > Save
STEP 8: Double-check the date and PIN > Inform the guest of the PIN code and expired date & time (11 am)
