If a booking shows up on Booking.com and not on MEWS, it may be possible to pull it directly from the site with the reservation number.


1. Log onto MEWS with an Admin account.

2. Click the three horizontal bars on the top left.

3. Click Marketplace.

4. Click My Subscriptions.

5. Scroll down and click edit beside Booking.com.

6. Click Manual Actions from the left-hand menu.

7. The right-hand screen offers input for reservation numbers; input one to add from Booking.com to MEWS.
