Printer trouble shooting

Before you print, make sure that the printer is installed on your laptop. Please follow the procedure below on how to add the printer to your laptop:


Step 1: Go to System Preferences

Step 2: Click Printers & Scanners

Step 3: Click the Plus Sign

Step 4: Click Brother MFC-L8900CDW series [3c2af4b98194] 

Step 5: Type "Mailroom" as the Location

Step 6: Click Add


Once the printer is added, you can now print using the printer in the mailroom. 

Make sure you are connected to the Carey Staff WiFi.
